RESPONSIBILITIES
DRAFTSMAN

Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, create 2D and 3D models, collaborate with architects and engineers, and ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a diploma or degree in architectural drafting or a related field.

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST:

Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, produce technical drawings and documentation, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements: Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software, knowledge of building codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a diploma or degree in architectural technology or a related field.

SURVEYOR:

Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys, collect and analyze data, prepare survey reports and drawings, utilize surveying equipment and software, and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements: Proficiency in surveying instruments and software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a diploma or degree in surveying or a related field.

ENGINEER:

Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and analysis of structural, mechanical, or electrical systems, prepare engineering calculations and drawings, conduct feasibility studies, and provide technical support.

Requirements: Professional engineering license (P.Eng.), expertise in relevant engineering software, strong problem-solving skills, and a degree in engineering or a related field.
