RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting.
Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
PMP certification is a plus.
