We are a leading construction and development company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting.

  • Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and project management principles.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • PMP certification is a plus.​
