| PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Pre-Construction: We bring all parties involved in a new project together to review reporting systems and procedures, evaluate current working drawings, evaluate the state of the site and the building, and evaluate engineering studies. We then present the owner's budget estimates, cost control suggestions, and a comprehensive project schedule.

We provide value engineering, which involves making suggestions for methods to increase productivity. Then, we get ready to distribute a sub-trade prequalification list and an outbound tender package, as well as get ready for sub-trade tendering and a technical and cost review (TCR).
| PROCEDURES
Our success as a developer has been a result of our ability to control cost, schedule, and workmanship quality using first-rate methods and procedures. Most of the engineers on our project management team are seasoned professionals that are equipped with MCP-exclusive software. We integrate Microsoft Project with the cost accounting and job reporting components of MCP to produce a holistic solution that accurately assesses project performance. We manage documentation and keep expenses in check by systematising all Change Orders and Purchase Orders that call for authorization processes, tracking, and accountability.
